For info and reservations please email me at info@cherylprashker.com Have you ever wanted to play a hand drum, like a djembe, but were afraid to try? Maybe you have one but never bring it out because you think you don’t have enough technique or know any beats? During my 2 hour workshop, I promise you will learn how to feel comfortable with a drum no matter what level you are at. Even the most beginner of beginners will learn enough technique to take away with them. You will also learn a few beats to get started with. We will work on different rhymes, different styles. How to accompany other musicians like Singer Songwriters or instrumentalists. Then we will end the session with a good ol’ fashioned drum circle. What better way to spend an evening but to have some hand drum fun!
